Class Descriptions
One of the best ways to keep your body and mind working hard is to provide it with new and unexpected challenges. For this reason - and also because it’s fun - our classes include use of equipment for resistance or a challenge to your balance in most classes; this way, your classes will always offer something new and challenging!
Every online Pilates class at Adore Your Core offers a welcoming experience with detailed instructions to guide you clearly through all exercises. Modifications are always provided to make exercises easier or more challenging, so that beginners and more experienced clients are all able to participate meaningfully.
The equipment we use really enhances the experience of our workouts by adding lots of variety to each class, and they can be purchased inexpensively. Please reach out if you need help sourcing any items!
Shifting Between Classes
All registered clients are permitted to shift between classes within the session at no additional charge. So, while registering in a session helps commit you to a particular day and time, you can also use it like a 'class pass' for any classes within the session, if you prefer. This gives you a chance to experience the benefits of different classes anytime you like, and it also accommodates any scheduling issues that may arise.

Our unique approach to Pilates offers the perfect opportunity for you to focus on your own personal fitness.
Based on a modern style of Pilates for a fresh and functional approach to fitness, these sessions will include a wide variety of exercises that are accessible for Pilates beginners, while they can also be adapted to challenge more advanced Pilates clients.
This ongoing series will focus on 2 main goals:
-improving your body toning
- increasing your core strength
all in an effort to help you feel self-confident and empowered. The body toning exercises create strength and body tone by developing long and lean muscles; while the core strength exercises focus on balance, flexibility and integrity of movement all while developing a strong ability to access the deep core muscles.
Classes will include the use of various equipment to add resistance and to challenge to your balance: the foam roller, balance cushion, toning ring, rotation discs, weighted balls, ankle weights, tension bands, the barre and more. This keeps your body and mind working hard with new and unexpected adaptations to movements…plus it makes the classes fun!
If you are looking for a way to find some of that elusive ‘time for yourself’, and are feeling daunted about how to get your body feeling stronger, more toned and more balanced…then these classes are for you!
